I had the opportunity to hear Tom Daly at the NOLASHRM Conference last week sharing his expertise on AI in the benefits area. The presentation was quite informative in that he used data to show how fast tasks could be done. He also talked about the downside of using AI as well as the benefits. Frankly, I think if you have an organization that needs to be educated on AI, Tom would be a great choice as the presenter. Thank you, Tom. I learned much about how AI is rapidly changing how we do things as companies.
